LIBRARY COLLECTIONS, FY 2012

Reminder:
  Column (1): Added during FY 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012)
  Column (2): Held at the end of FY 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012)

Collections:

400     Books, serial backfiles and other paper materials (include government documents) (1)_______________ (2)____________

 Item 400: Paper only

For Column (1) ("Added"), you may use the Aleph supplied closed orders count (Table 1), plus local adjustments.  Local adjustments may include adding bound periodicals, gifts and other new material not recorded in Aleph acquisitions.  As always, if you trust you have your own more accurate volume count, feel free to use it.

For Column (2) ("Held"), use your 2011 historical figure (be sure to add column 1 and subtract withdrawn items). You can also use 1) your 2010-11 ACRL data and adjust for format, additions, and withdrawals or 2) a July 2012 item count report and adjust for collection and item process status.
